Privacy notice

This template describes what a privacy notice must cover; it is not legal advice and must be reviewed by counsel before publication.

Set out what personal data you collect, the lawful basis for each purpose, how long you retain it, who it is shared with, whether it leaves the jurisdiction, and how a person exercises access, rectification, erasure, and objection rights.

Name a controller and give a working contact route for data requests.

Cookie policy

This build sets no cookies. It uses one item of browser local storage, keyed aurelis:region, to remember the region you select from the picker.

That value is strictly functional, stays on your device, and is never transmitted. Clearing site data removes it.

If analytics or marketing tags are added later, a consent mechanism is required before they load in most jurisdictions.

Terms of use

Cover permitted use of the site, ownership of content and marks, disclaimers on provisional specifications, limits of liability, governing law, and how changes to the terms are notified.

Vehicle figures on this site are provisional and do not form part of any contract of sale.

Accessibility statement

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, focus is visible throughout, modals trap and restore focus, and dynamic regions announce changes.

Colour pairings were chosen against a 4.5:1 minimum for body text. Motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting.

Known gap: the model grid and story archive render through JavaScript, so they are unavailable with scripting disabled. Fallback links are provided.
